| Thank you for visiting my web page!
If you are planning to buy or sell a home, you are about to make the most important financial decision most people ever make. So it pays to look for an agent with experience. To make your search a little easier, I will tell you about my experience.
In 1984 my husband and I made our last relocation, to Tennessee, and I entered the real estate business. Two years later I obtained my Tennessee Brokers License. At that time Maury County was starting to experience significant growth with the establishment of the Saturn plant and that meant a lot of families were moving to our community. To better
understand the needs of the relocating family, I expanded my real estate training to include relocation management. Since then I have helped many families make Maury County their home not just another place to live.
In 1990, I continued to development my real estate skills through continuing education and obtained the GRI Designation, (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) and later that year became a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation held by 5% of realtors nationally. Through those courses of study I received extensive training in marketing and sales of new construction. Today I work with two partners, marketing homes for the largest new home builder in Maury County. This year we will sell 100 new homes in Maury County for “General Homes of Columbia”.
I have been a full time realtor since 1984 and a member of the White Woodard Realty team since 1991. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Tennessee Association of Realtors, and Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors.
If you are relocating from across the country or just across town, let me put my experience to work for you. Like our ads say, you’ll appreciate the difference!
