Auto Registration |
| Tennessee law requires that any motor vehicle owned by a resident must be registered with a Tennessee title, certificate of registration and license plate. The can be done through the Maury county Clerk’s Office in the Maury County Courthouse. The charge for this is $34.50. Commercial vehicles and others must contact the Maury County Clerk for costs. | You may register to vote at the Registrar’s Office in the Maury County courthouse or at the Tennessee Drivers License office. Tennessee requires that your registration from the previous state must be turned in, and the Registrar’s Office takes care of that. (931) 375-6001 |
